Gladys is a confident, inspirational, and ever-positive seventeen-year-old Form Four (Senior) student at Uhuru Academy. Gladys and her little sister, Margaret, are both excellent students at Uhuru. They live in an IDP camp in Maai Mahui with their parents and 10 other siblings. One day, Gladys aspires to be the President of Kenya, and is showing her outstanding leadership skills by being the President of the Student Council at Uhuru Academy. Gladys is a uniquely humorous student and brings a smile to everyone who interacts with her. She loves reading and is currently engrossed in the Harry Potter series. She believes passionately in the power of education because she knows that it is the key to her success, as well as the success of her country.
